Wellbeing and relaxation in Dumfries and Galloway

Many of our guests enjoy relaxing during their holidays at Barend. But did you know there are also many wonderful wellbeing and relaxation retreats that you can dip in and out of? With its stunning scenery, rugged landscapes and the feel of being away from it all, whilst being within easy distance of many towns and cities, Dumfries and Galloway has become a haven for various holistic practices.

Many of these sessions are fine to join whilst you are on holiday with us. They are all run by locals and don’t require much travel.
